F-gas Verification and Audit

We meets the requirements set forth in Article 26 of European Parliament Regulation and of the Council (EU) No. 573/2024 of 7 February 2024 on fluorinated greenhouse gases, amending Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and repealing Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 to be a certified auditor for importers.

We acting as an independent auditor and we was assigned to verify the accuracy of the relevant documentation and Declaration of Conformity, prepared by the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation and the Implementing Regulation, and to issue a Verification Document containing a conclusion on the accuracy, completeness and consistency of the Declaration of Conformity and supporting documents referred to in Art. 2 of the Implementing Regulation and sections 11, 12 of the F-gas Report prepared in accordance with the Annex to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 2024/2195 of September 4, 2024 setting forth the format and manner of submission of the report referred to in Article 26 of the Regulation (hereinafter: the F-gas Report).

In accordance with your requirements, we would like to offer you the following services:

Verification of the accuracy of the documentation and declaration of conformity, for the preceding calendar year.
Audit of the reports on the placing on the market 10 tonnes of CO2 equivalent or more of hydrofluorocarbons during the preceding calendar year.
As the result of our work we will present You with Independent Auditor opinion on Your statements and documentation.

Services for you will be performed by experienced team members including:

-Certified auditor,

-Supervisors and experienced auditors.

We will organize our work comprehensively, i.e. we will plan our work in advance. Sampling and requests will be shared with you according to the mutually agreed schedule.

Besides doing the audit meeting your deadlies as well as avoiding your excessive involvment is our highest priority.
